This site is intended for use in the United States by adults able to enter binding contracts. We primarily serve customers in Florida and may decline requests outside our service area.

When you submit a form, you agree that the information is accurate and that we may contact you about your inquiry. Submitting a form or receiving an estimate does not create a contractor‑client relationship and does not guarantee scheduling or pricing. Any scope, price, or schedule is finalized only in a written contract signed by both parties. Change orders, if any, will be documented and approved in writing.

5. Payments Processed Online
If we enable online payments, we use a third‑party processor (e.g., Stripe) to handle card data. We do not collect or store full card numbers on our servers. Payments are subject to processor terms and any fees disclosed at checkout. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by your project contract and/or our posted policies.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the site; (b) probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; (c) interfere with security or access controls; (d) submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (e) impersonate others; or (f) use automated means to harvest data without permission.

7. Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FLOCON or our licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may view the site for personal, non‑commercial use. No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOCON AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE ONLINE SERVICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Governing Law: Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Flagler, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You agree to bring claims in your individual capacity only.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
